The Chocolate Bar

The Chocolate Bar, a family friendly restaurant during the day turned martini bar at night, has opened in Westport Village. From 11 am to midnight you can satisfy your sweet tooth with every chocolate dish you could dream of. For starters there are 35 flavors of hot chocolate and 40 different martinis. And some of the martinis come in a 35 ounce glass. But officer- I only had one drink!
The menu is vast from steaks to salads, and traditional restaurant offerings without chocolate. But there is also chocolate rubbed pork, chocolate bar pasta, chocolate baguettes, and chocolate grilled cheese. Kids have a simplified menu with the option to make s'mores by roasting the marshmallows at their table. I’m particularly excited to try out their dip your own berries happy hour and their upcoming Martinis and Manicure Mondays from 7-10 pm. Getting your nails done while consuming chocolate is just efficient. Nestled in the former PNC Bank building, the Chocolate Bar pays homage to their roots with a side room with a gorgeous floor covered in pennies that you have to check out in between bites.
